The location at 2275 Gus Thomasson Road closed at 2 p.m. Friday. It will reopen at 7 a.m. Sunday with restocked shelves after it has been sanitized by “third-party” specialists, Walmart spokeswoman Anne Hatfield told the Morning News.
Once it reopens, health screenings and temperature checks will continue. Employees must also continue to wear masks.
Walmart has closed locations in other markets, but this is the first in Dallas.
