With bars still closed because of the coronavirus pandemic, there’s plenty of unused booze lying around. After a string of break-ins and alcohol thefts at Campisi’s and The Hideaway, the Truck Yard appears to be the latest victim.

On Thursday, the Truck Yard posted a picture on Facebook of an individual who is accused of breaking into the bar and stealing its liquor, including it normal inventory, plus all the alcohol it had purchased for its St. Patrick’s Day party. The event was later canceled.

“Anyone know this guy? If so, ask him to throw your whole neighborhood a party,” according to the post. “Way to kick a small business when we’re already down, man.”

Anyone with information is asked to email the Truck Yard at info@brainstormshelter.com.

In other news, Gov. Greg Abbott has not yet said when bars may reopen. The Truck Yard will remain closed until then.
