Each week on Marvel Monday, a superhero leads the kids through exercises like superhero jumps, superhero strength pushes, power kicks and other exercises to help kids capture evil villains lurking in their neighborhoods.
The 30-minutes online classes are perfect for kids and adults, in case their crime-fighting kids need a sidekick.
