Shooting on Ross Avenue leaves one man injured

The Dallas Police Department reports that early Thursday morning officers responded to a shooting in the 3100 block of Ross Avenue near Bryan Place. An argument led to the suspect slapping the victim on Ross, and the shooting suspect followed the victim and stopped next to him at a red light. The assailant exited the vehicle and pointed a gun at the victim, who began to flee in his vehicle. Several rounds were fired at the victim’s vehicle, and the suspect fled the scene.

The victim was shot and transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. The suspect is described as a Latino male who may be driving a gray Mercedes.
