Echo Theater presents “Her Song,” a music and dance revue at the Bath House Cultural Center. The show is a 1935 supper club experience featuring songs inspired by women of the early 20th century. Get there early for pre-show dancing, light snacks and Prohibition-era cocktails. The bar is cash only. The show opens Thursday at 8 p.m. and runs Thursday-Saturday until Feb. 24.

Shirley Cunningham is a local artist who used fabric and thread to create a representation of the seven days of creation described in the book of Genesis. The free exhibit is called “Tov,” a Hebrew word meaning excellence, a benefit or bounty, and is on display at Wilshire Baptist Church from 8:30 a.m. until evening most days except Saturdays, when the building closes at noon.

Head to the J.L. Long auditorium Feb. 13-14 at 6:30 p.m. for dessert theater with “The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet.” This free show has $5 desserts for sale and is open to all ages.

Visit the Lake House Bar and Grill to make a donation to fight multiple sclerosis as they “Kiss Goodbye to MS” Feb. 11-14.

Assistant Dean of the Cox Executive MBA Program at Southern Methodist University Tom Perkowski will host a discussion on current events at C.C. Young Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. The event is free and will be at The Point. Seating is limited. Call 214-841-2831 to register.

All families from the Woodrow Wilson High School feeder pattern are invited to the Aldredge House on Swiss Avenue Saturday to pack meals for Juliette Fowler residents and the Woodrow Peace Pantry. In December, 532 meals were made. Organizers want to beat that total this month. Volunteers are needed to bring supplies and pack and deliver meals. Learn more and register here.
