A new townhome development is coming to Old East Dallas. The aptly named Bryan Heights will bring 135 new townhomes to the Bryan Street area in August of this year.

The three-story townhomes will have a clean, modern look and be priced between $359,000 and $379,000. Listing agent Jonathan Rosen describes the complex in a press release, “Owning one of these unique townhouses essentially puts all of Dallas at your fingertips, giving you the most desirable amenities and aspects of high-rise living in a location that provides an element of convenience you can’t find anywhere else.”

The new abodes will add to this quickly redeveloping area of Old East Dallas, and will be just a short walk from Jimmy’s Italian Food Store and Urbano Café. The homes will be located at 4705 Bryan and 1430 Grigsby Avenue.
