New burger joint ‘coming soon’ to Greenville and Ross

An old tire shop at the corner of Ross and Greenville is in the process of being made over as Pints and Quarts, which will be serving up “burgers, beers, shakes & such,” according to the website.

The burger joint is brought to us by Brooke Humphries, the mind behind Mudsmith coffee shop on Greenville, The Beauty Bar on Henderson, Barcadia on Henderson and It’ll Do Club on Elm, and the retro vibes are strong with this new concept.

It’s supposed to open sometime this year. The project began in early-2014. In January of 2015 Humphries told Crave DFW she hoped to open the location in mid-April. Obviously that didn’t happen, but the sign says “coming soon,” so I guess it’s one of those any-day-now kind of things.

Watch the Facebook page for photos of the remodel and updates on the opening date. They’re accepting applications for their “pit crew,” if you’re looking for a job. Also check out the website.
