Woodrow girls advance in soccer playoffs

The Woodorw Wilson High School girls soccer team beat Corsicana 4-2 in its Region I area round Monday to advance in the playoffs.

The Wildcats have scored 109 goals so far, and those two goals by Corsicana were the first scored on them this season.

The boys team plays Waxahachie tonight at 8 in their area playoff game at Kincaide Stadium.
