Prototype design camp seeks high school juniors and seniors

With summer just around the corner, here’s a week-long design/layout camp taking place in Deep Ellum with spots for 20 rising high school juniors or seniors. Woodrow’s Mike Moran passed along the information about Prototype in Dallas, scheduled June 6-10. The all-day design camp gives students an opportunity to learn about publication, website and computer design with hands-on experience working on a social marketing program for a Deep Ellum community garden. Cost is $100, but some financial aid is available if you’re accepted. The fee includes lunch and snacks, too. The link includes the online application and plenty of information about the program.
