Advocate video: Groups create Living Plaza in front of City Hall

In Turk’s video from City Hall, community revitalization groups show us what a few chess boards, some crepes and a lot of guys with beards can do to make a quiet plaza more fun.

The people at The Better Block project, CityDesign Studio, bcWorkshop, Trinity Trust and the Dallas Institute, transformed the plaza Wednesday for a Living Plaza collaboration.
