Productivity killer: Track Santa on Google Maps

Kids, no more waiting up all night listening for the sounds of Santa stomping around on the roof. For the past few years, we’ve been able to track Santa Claus via Google Maps as he travels the world delivering presents.

What’s more, Santa’s Twitter account will tweet his location in real time. It’s all put together by NORAD, the United States military wing that has been tracking Santa since 1955.

Check in with St. Nick at around 1 a.m. tonight when his journey gets under way.
