Alma on Henderson is open for business

Consilient Restaurants’ Alma on Henderson opened yesterday (pretty much on schedule) in the former Cuba Libre spot at Knox-Henderson. “Chef, Michael Brown, uses fresh ingredients in an uncomplicated way to let the natural flavors and freshness show through in the dish. Seasonal flavors play a large part in the menus, using what’s available at the peak times of the year. [The] scratch cocktail program use only the freshest ingredients available and is considered one of the best cocktail programs in Dallas,” according to Opentable.com.

Based on the listing, they are open for dinner only, starting at 5 p.m. The “menu” link leads to a lot of nothing, but thankfully Teresa Gubbins at Pegasus News got her hands on it. Have a looksy after the jump.
