It has no focus and no real goal. In one breath it promotes completing sidewalks, in the other it mandates street front parking. Guys, those are 2 contradictory things. Do the people in Little Forest Hills not realize that a completed sidewalk network would make it safer for THEM to walk to the Arboretum?? The choice is this: in 10 years Garland Road can be the 21st Century streetcar suburb or in 10 years it WILL be a 20th Century decaying small town main street. Those are the options and this plan will not do anything to get us to the 21st Century. This is such a bad plan. It has no focus and no real goal.
